His work has supported global scale products by helping translate, structure, and unify complex labor market data into one connected ecosystem linking skills, occupations, locations, companies, and taxonomies. He has also led cross functional efforts with linguistics, taxonomy, and international engineering teams to deliver solutions aligned with stakeholder and client needs. His background helps BridgeStack build intelligent, well structured products that are fast moving, reliable, and designed to scale.

Jose brings 5+ years of experience building and leading production-grade digital products across startups, enterprise teams, and cloud-based platforms. He has helped take multiple applications from early concept to completion, including work at Bytecode/Onyx building full stack platforms, scalable systems, and modern web experiences. At ManTech, he also helped build and deploy an internal AI-powered tool used by real teams, giving him hands-on experience turning complex technology into practical, reliable solutions.
